We are now looking for a CNC operator who wants to take a place in our knowledgeable production team. There are plenty of opportunities to develop further: more machines, more responsibility, deeper skills, or just new challenges in everyday life. You choose.

Your responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC-controlled machines
• Perform initial runs and change tools as if you’ve done it all your life
• Measure, control, and document quality
• Collaborate with production, technology, and quality – we embrace teamwork
• Contribute to improvements (we love good ideas, especially those that work)

We believe you:

• Have a background in machining/industry, preferably through education
• Have experience in CNC operation, ideally both setup and initial runs
• Are meticulous, responsible, and comfortable working independently
• Thrive in a larger team where everyone has their role, but collaboration is central
• Have a sense of humor and a down-to-earth attitude – life is too short for excessive seriousness every day

Meritorious:

• Forklift or overhead crane training
• Experience with Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma control systems
• Experience with business systems, preferably Monitor
• Interest in LEAN, improvement work, or new technologies

Working hours:

• Shift work, two shifts, or permanent night
